Poland – Firefighting vehicles – Dostawa fabrycznie nowego ciężkiego samochodu ratowniczo-gaśniczego z napędem 4x4 dla Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej w Kamieniu

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of a new heavy fire and rescue vehicle with 4x4 drive for the Volunteer Fire Department in Kamień. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 9 to the SWZ. 3. The Contractor will supply the appropriate documentation necessary for the use of the vehicle in accordance with its intended purpose. 4. The vehicle, which is the subject of the contract, must meet the technical requirements set out in the applicable Polish legal provisions for fire vehicles traveling on public roads, as well as the requirements set out in the EU legal provisions for this type of vehicle.
