The subject of this contract is the comprehensive supply of electricity, including the sale and provision of electricity distribution services in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 on Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2026, item 43 as amended) for the needs of Gmina Drwinia and the organisational units of Gmina Drwinia, namely:

The total estimated energy consumption [kWh] for the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028 is 1,895,716 kWh. The scope of the subject matter of the contract covered by this procedure is defined by the detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (annex to the SWZ) together with the list of the contracting authority's objects covered by the subject matter of the contract, which constitutes an integral part of this specification of essential conditions of the contract. The actual value of the purchased energy may differ from the declared value and will depend on the actual demand of the contracting authority, and the contracting authority will not incur any consequences as a result. The electricity demand and the value of the energy purchase are only estimated values.
