Czechia – Software support services – Podpora a rozvoj PIM řešení MZE 2026+

The subject of this public contract is to ensure the operation, support, reparametrization and optimisation of the solution for managing privileged access (Privileged Identity/Access Management, "PIM") to the systems of the Ministry of Agriculture for a period of 60 months from the date of commencement of the provision of the service (the current contract expires on 16. 9. 2026). The implemented environment is operated on the CyberArk platform. The aim is to achieve more efficient, secure and comprehensive operation of access for both internal and external administrators and privileged accounts to the environment and systems of the Ministry of Agriculture. The subject of the public contract and all commercial, payment and technical conditions are defined in the binding text of the draft contract contained in Annex No. 1 of the tender documentation.
