1. The subject of the contract is the supply in the form of operational leasing of a brand-new dual-purpose heavy-duty vehicle of the WUKO type (special vehicle for cleaning sewers) along with the supply of a brand-new sewer cleaning superstructure, as well as a non-integrated, portable smoke generator (smoke machine) with a set of accessories. 2. The subject of the contract must be brand-new, free from physical and legal defects. Minimum year of manufacture of the chassis and the superstructure: 2026. a. The vehicle must meet the requirements of Polish road traffic regulations and be approved for road use in accordance with the Road Traffic Act. b. The vehicle must meet the requirements of the Minister of Infrastructure's Regulation on the requirements for sewer cleaning vehicles. c. The superstructure and equipment must have the CE marking and declarations of conformity with the applicable standards. d. All documents (user manuals, warranty and service books, on-board computers) must be supplied in the Polish language. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex No. 1 entitled "Annex No. 1 - Detailed description of the subject of the contract".
