The contracting authority intends to build a new waterworks on the property "Am Wasserwerk 1, 24395 Gelting". According to the current status, the following projects are to be implemented (essentially simultaneously) on the property: Project 1: Workshop and office building with filter hall for water softening incl. de-ironing and de-manganing of the drinking water. Project 2: Drinking water tank (2 water chambers/drinking water tanks with pump station) with adjoining control building. Project 3: Settling tank. The subject of this procedure is the award of the services of structural design according to §§ 49 ff. HOAI for Project 3: Settling tank.
