The subject of the procurement is the design and permit management system, which supports the management, design and permitting of metro and possibly tram tracks and works in their vicinity in the first phase, and later. The system aims to improve the management of the overall picture, safety and planning, reduce manual work and ensure the timeliness of information flow to all parties. The system should enable the digital handling of track works throughout their lifecycle: long-term planning, making and approving reservations, scheduling and coordination, in-work communication and reporting of completions. The solution aims to increase safety, ensure the timeliness of information flow and enhance the cooperation of actors both within internal units and between external contractors.
