The subject of the contract is the provision of services for winter maintenance of pavements along county roads in the Kwidzyn County area in the 2026/2027 winter season in five regions. a. Region 1: Kwidzyn Municipality b. Region 2: Prabuty Municipality c. Region 3: Gardeja Municipality d. Region 4: Ryjewo Municipality e. Region 5: Sadlinki Municipality 1.1. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - detailed rules and conditions for the provision of services within the framework of Winter Maintenance of County Roads (ZUD) in the Kwidzyn County area along with a list of roads and a map of the road network - Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 2. Names and codes of the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 90620000-9 – snow removal services 3. The contracting authority allows the use of equivalent devices and materials in terms of quality and raw materials used for their manufacture to the materials and devices specified in the contract documents (SWZ along with annexes). 4. If a trade name of a company, product or product is indicated in the contract documents (SWZ along with annexes), the contracting authority - with reference to the parameters or data (technical or any other) specified directly in the contract documentation, identifying indirectly or directly the product or product - allows equivalent solutions in accordance with the technical data and parameters contained in the aforementioned documentation. Equivalent solutions should be understood as solutions characterized by parameters not worse than those required and found in the documentation. 5. Wherever references to Polish Standards appear in the contract documents (SWZ along with annexes), it is permissible to use the corresponding standards of the Member States of the European Union, to the extent accepted by Polish legislation. 6. Wherever in the contract documents (SWZ along with annexes), in the description of the materials or devices used, trade marks, patents or origin are indicated, it is assumed that equivalent materials or devices may be used. The indication of a trade mark, patent or origin is of an exemplary nature and is used to define the quality standards and class required in relation to the materials or devices used. In cases where the standards and regulations referred to are national or relate to a specific country or region, other appropriate standards ensuring an equal or higher level of performance than the standards or regulations referred to may also be used.
