The tablet supplied by the bidder shall have a pre-installed battery status monitoring function, which allows the user to display the battery status, charge level and charge cycles.

Warranty: 2 years

The purchaser specifies the minimum technical parameters in the technical description. This means that the bidder is entitled to offer a product with better technical parameters than those specified. The purchaser considers it better if it results in higher technical, professional, and functional quality in the given technical field. The purchaser records, pursuant to Section 46 of Government Decree 321/2015. (X.30.), that where a reference to a specific product is made in the procurement documents, this is done to clearly define the nature of the product, as the subject of the contract cannot be sufficiently precisely and understandably described by a general description. However, the bidder may include any other product in their bid that meets the specified requirement and is equivalent to it.
