The intention is to commission engineering services for structural design according to Part 4, Section 1 of the HOAI. In connection with this procedure, the basic services of the performance phases 1 - 6 as well as special services of the performance phase 8 are to be awarded. Extension in timber construction for the District Court Wangen, Lindauer Straße 28: The measure includes the construction of an extension for the existing District Court in timber construction. The extension is to include public areas such as courtrooms and waiting areas as well as administrative spaces. A cost estimate of approx. 7,606,161 € gross (cost groups 300 and 400 according to DIN) is provided for the construction task. The planning is scheduled to start in 11/2026, and the construction is planned from 09/2028 to 09/2031.
