The subject of the framework contract is the performance of control inspections, preliminary investigations and further structural engineering investigations in accordance with the specifications of the service description. The control inspections and material tests are divided into the following service areas:

LB 09.01: Levelness measurements - contact measurements

LB 09.02: Levelness measurements - non-contact measurements (not ordered)

LB 09.03: Skid resistance measurements SKM

LB 09.04: Skid resistance measurements SRT

LB 09.05: Texture measurements

LB 10: Road marking

LB 11: Preliminary investigations

The main service areas are referred to as "Lots" due to the specification of terminology in this notice form.

The conclusion of the framework contracts for the provision of the services described in more detail in the service description (Annex 1 to the framework contract) will be carried out by means of an "Open-House procedure". For further information, please refer to the cover letter in the tender documents.

The framework contract to be concluded includes, for each contractor individually, those service areas described in more detail in the service description (Annex 1 to the framework contract) for which the admission requirements have been proven with the admission application.

Individual orders issued on the basis of the concluded framework contract can include all services or only parts of one or more service areas for which a contractor has been admitted.

The Open-House procedure runs from the date of publication until 31.08.2028 and can be extended twice by 1 year. Admission applications and thus the conclusion of a framework contract can be made throughout the entire duration of the Open-House procedure.

A framework contract comes into force upon admission of an interested party and ends, subject to extension options, on 31.08.2028. The framework contract can be extended, analogous to the Open-House procedure, due to the extension option twice until 31.08.2029 or 31.08.2030. Further details are governed by the framework contract.
