Poland – Sewage, refuse, cleaning and environmental services – „Odbieranie, transport i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych na terenie Gminy Ropczyce w 2027 roku”

The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and delivery for disposal of all types of municipal waste from the owners of properties located in the area of the Municipality of Ropczyce, from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027, in a manner that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of: preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste and reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste delivered for disposal, in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, the Waste Act, and in accordance with the Regulation on maintaining cleanliness and order in the area of the Municipality of Ropczyce, applicable in the scope relating to the contract and not conflicting with the current wording of the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities.

The subject of the contract covers 5 891 properties, including: a) 84 properties – multi-family housing area in the city of Ropczyce, also referred to as "MW" in the rest of the contract, b) 5 807 properties – single-family, farm and multi-family housing areas outside the city, also referred to as "MN, MR" in the rest of the contract, including: Ropczyce – 2 990 properties, Okonin – 117 properties, Łączki Kucharskie – 328 properties, Niedźwiada – 615 properties, Mała – 303 properties, Brzezówka – 316 properties, Lubzina – 593 properties, Gnojnica – 545 properties.
