The subject of the contract is the successive sale of liquid fuel – diesel oil (ON) for the needs of the Provincial Emergency Medical Service in Przemyśl SP ZOZ, with its registered office at ul. Juliusza Słowackiego 85A, 37-700 Przemyśl, and for the needs of the following waiting points located in: Jarosław County – ul. Zielińskiego 4, 37-500 Jarosław, Przeworsk County – ul. Słowackiego 30, 37-200 Przeworsk, Lubaczów County – ul. Płk. Dąbka 4, 37-600 Lubaczów. in the amount of 280,000.00 litres.

EVIDENTIAL MEANS - The Contracting Authority does not require evidential means. The Contracting Authority requires the selected Contractor to enter into a contract on the terms set out in the PPU contract project, which is: Annex No. 10 to the SWZ. The type and scope of changes to the contract and the conditions for their introduction are included in Annex No. 10. Conditions for participation in the procedure. Contractors who are not excluded and meet the following conditions for participation in the procedure specified by the Contracting Authority may apply for the contract specified in this SWZ, relating to: - Entitlements to carry out a specified economic or professional activity, if this results from separate provisions. The Contracting Authority considers the condition to be met if the Contractor proves that it has a current licence for the sale of liquid fuels, issued by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 – Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 43, t.j.), authorising the conduct of activities within the scope covered by the subject of the contract.

Technical or professional capacity The Contracting Authority considers the condition to be met if the Contractor proves that it has or will have throughout the contract implementation period fuel stations meeting the following requirements together: 1. at least one (1) fuel station, operating 24/7, selling fuel to cars using cashless fuel cards, located within a distance of no more than 10 km from the registered office of the Provincial Emergency Medical Service in Przemyśl, at ul. Juliusza Słowackiego 85A, 37-700 Przemyśl; 2. at least one (1) fuel station, operating 24/7, selling fuel to cars using cashless fuel cards, located within a distance of no more than 10 km from the waiting point in Jarosław, at ul. Zielińskiego 4, 37-500 Jarosław; 3. at least one (1) fuel station, operating 24/7, selling fuel to cars using cashless fuel cards, located within a distance of no more than 10 km from the waiting point in Przeworsk, at ul. Słowackiego 30, 37-200 Przeworsk; 4. at least one (1) fuel station, operating 24/7, selling fuel to cars using cashless fuel cards, located within a distance of no more than 10 km from the waiting point in Lubaczów, at ul. Płk. Dąbka 4, 37-600 Lubaczów.
