Poland – Removal services of biological waste – Zbieranie i wywóz do utylizacji padłych zwierząt wolno żyjących (dzikich) z pasów drogowych dróg wojewódzkich na terenie Województwa Zachodniopomorskiego

The subject of the contract is the provision of a 24-hour service for collecting and transporting wild animals found dead on the roadsides of provincial roads in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, divided into 7 parts: Task No. 1 – RDW site in Białogard, Task No. 2 – RDW site in Chojn, Task No. 3 – RDW site in Drawsko Pomorskie, Task No. 4 – RDW site in Gryfice, Task No. 5 – RDW site in Koszalin, Task No. 6 – RDW site in Pyrzyce, Task No. 7 – RDW site in Stargard. 2. The contractor is obliged to implement the subject of the contract using ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes for which no recommendations have been issued, as referred to in Article 33(4) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, stating their negative impact on the basic interest of state security, or a decision or other act in connection with which a given ICT product, ICT service or specific ICT process should be withdrawn from use. 3. The contracting authority envisages the possibility of awarding similar contracts, i.e. framework contracts as referred to in Article 305(1) in conjunction with Article 214(1)(7) of the Act - Public Procurement Law. 1) The scope of the services involves the repetition of similar services, in line with the subject of the main contract; 2) The value of the services is set at a net amount of: Task No. 1 – 50 000,00 PLN; Task No. 2 – 50 000,00 PLN; Task No. 3 – 50 000,00 PLN. Task No. 4 – 50 000,00 PLN; Task No. 5 – 50 000,00 PLN; Task No. 6 – 50 000,00 PLN. Task No. 7 – 50 000,00 PLN. 3) The basis for determining the conditions for the implementation of a similar contract is the main agreement and negotiations conducted with the Contractor. 4. Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the Act, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to employ, under an employment contract, all persons performing the tasks indicated by the Contracting Authority directly related to the implementation of the subject of the contract, involving the actual collection and transport for disposal of wild animals found dead on the roadsides of provincial roads in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship and the performance of administrative and office work (for each of the tasks). 5. This obligation also applies to Subcontractors. The Contractor is obliged to include in each subcontract the appropriate provisions obliging Subcontractors to employ, under an employment contract, all persons performing the above-mentioned tasks.
