Germany – Architectural services for buildings – 2026-09-grundschule-koellerbach-anbau-umbau-objektplanung

The city of Püttlingen must implement various renovation and extension measures at the Grundschule Kyllberg in Köllerbach, based on the legal entitlement to full-day care from 2029 and current pupil number forecasts. These measures include a larger dining hall extension (BA 1) and renovations to the existing structure (BA 2). Further details are contained in the tender documents attached to this notice. Based on a cost estimate, the expected costs for cost groups 300, 400, 500, 600 are approximately 700,000 EUR (net) for BA 1 and approximately 400,000 EUR (net) for BA 2. The subject of this tender is the services of project planning according to § 34 HOAI (performance phases 2-9). The construction measures will presumably be subsidised with public funds. The contracting authority reserves the right to award individual performance phases in stages. There is no legal entitlement to the transfer of all performance phases. In the event of the call-off of performance phases, the contractor is obliged to provide the respective services.
