Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Odbiór i transport odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości, na których zamieszkują mieszkańcy na terenie Gminy Miasto Świnoujście

The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the collection and transport of municipal waste from property owners, where residents live, in the area of the Municipality of Miasto Świnoujście. The scope includes: 1) collection and transfer of waste to the Transfer Station at ul. Pomorska 10 in Świnoujście, which is part of the Regional Waste Management Facility in Słajsinie; 2) equipping properties with containers and bags for waste collection and maintaining containers in a proper sanitary, orderly, and technical condition; 3) operating a Selective Waste Collection Point for residents of the Municipality in the left-bank part of Świnoujście; 4) collection and disposal of expired medicines collected in special containers; 5) collection and disposal of waste with codes: 17 09 04, 20 01 25, 20 01 26*, 20 01 28, 15 01 10* and 20 01 21*; 6) conducting educational lectures in four different educational facilities in the Municipality of Miasto Świnoujście and at the University of the Third Age during the basic contract period. The contractor will conduct a number of lectures declared in the offer, not less than one, at each of the five locations. Each lecture lasts at least 45 minutes and covers the rules of selective waste collection, reuse of products, recycling, raw material recovery, and food waste reduction. The contracting authority will indicate four educational facilities within 30 days from the start of service provision; the contractor will agree the exact dates with representatives of the facilities and the University of the Third Age. The estimated quantity of waste accepted for pricing is 15 000 Mg in the basic contract and 15 000 Mg in the full scope of the option, totaling 30 000 Mg. The actual mass may be different; remuneration is settled according to the actual mass and unit rate, according to the agreement. The detailed scope and requirements are specified in the SWZ, the description of the subject of the contract being Annex no. 6.1 and the draft provisions of the agreement being Annex no. 6 to the SWZ.
