Poland – Ambulances – Zakup i dostawa fabrycznie nowych, zabudowanych 5 sztuk ambulansów specjalistycznych typu „C” z napędem 4x4 wraz z wyposażeniem w sprzęt medyczny dla Wojewódzkiego Pogotowia Ratunkowego w Katowicach

The subject of the procurement is: "Purchase and delivery of 5 new, built-in, specialist ambulances type 'C' with 4x4 drive, along with medical equipment for the Voivodeship Emergency Medical Service in Katowice." The scope of the procurement includes: delivery, installation and equipment of type "C" ambulances. The detailed description of the subject of the procurement, the description of the requirements of the ordering party in terms of implementation and acceptance are specified by: - description of the subject of the procurement along with the technical specification is - Annex No. 1a to SWZ, - the projected provisions of the contract - Annex No. 5 to SWZ. Requirements regarding the conformity of ICT solutions: If the subject of the procurement includes or may include an ICT product, ICT service or ICT process, the Contractor is obligated to offer only those ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes, which on the date of submission of tenders: are not indicated in the recommendation, referred to in Article 33(4) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 20 and 252), stating their negative impact on the fundamental interest of the security of the state; do not include an ICT product, the type of which has been determined in a decision on recognising the supplier as a high-risk supplier, referred to in Article 67b(15) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, or an ICT service, or an ICT process, specified in that decision. If it follows from the content of the tender, documents submitted with the tender or explanations of the Contractor, that the tender includes the above solutions, the tender is subject to rejection on the basis of Article 226(1)(17) or (19) of the Pzp Act.
