Hungary – Natural gas – Földgáz energia beszerzése 2026-2027

Natural gas energy supply for AK for the period from 06:00 CET on 01.10.2026 to 06:00 CET on 01.10.2027, in a full supply framework contract, a total of 3,182,125 kWh. The natural gas has a nominal calorific value of 34 MJ/gnm3, a temperature of 15°C or equivalent. The supply of natural gas energy to the institutions detailed in the annex, under a full supply framework contract for natural gas energy trading, AK shall determine the minimum and maximum quantities of natural gas to be taken over during the contract period as follows: - Contracted Quantity: 100% of the contracted quantity. - Maximum Quantity: 125% of the contracted quantity. - Minimum Quantity: 75% of the contracted quantity. Energy service requirement is continuous. The tolerance band is based on the band used in the KEF system for monthly indexing; the current contract in force; and the government's expectation of a reduction in energy consumption. During the contract period, the monthly exchange-indexed unit price/settlement price of the Natural Gas product (Pghó) shall be determined by the Parties as follows: Pghó = ((Argus TTF MA askhó + S)/1000) * Exchange rate [Ft/kWh], where Pghó: monthly natural gas energy exchange-indexed unit price / settlement price [Ft/kWh] Argus TTF MA askhó: the arithmetic average of the daily "TTF Ask" prices for the month in question, rounded to three decimal places, published in the TTF section under "Complete European gas prices" in the Argus European Natural Gas publication, for the month preceding the month in question. [EUR/MWh] S: the spread value undertaken by the Trader [EUR/MWh] 1000: conversion factor between MWh and kWh Exchange rate: the official MNB EUR/HUF mid-exchange rate published on the first working day of the month in question (https://www.mnb.hu/arfolyamok) For the purposes of this Agreement, the element of the winning bid submitted by the Trader is the spread value (S). The concrete value of S* in this Agreement: “XX,XXX” EUR/MWh. Both the Argus TTF MA askhó and the Exchange rate are values independent of the Trader.
