Poland – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Konkurs ograniczony, jednoetapowy, realizacyjny na opracowanie koncepcji urbanistyczno-architektonicznej budowy nowej siedziby Filharmonii w Kaliszu

The subject of the competition is the development of the urban and architectural concept for the construction of a new seat for the Kalisz Philharmonic in Kalisz, at Majkowska Street, along with the necessary infrastructure and development of public spaces required to serve the new functions and connected in communication with other public utility facilities. The competition is conducted in a limited and single-stage procedure, i.e.:

a. Entities interested in participating in the Competition submit Applications for admission to the Competition through the Electronic Tendering Platform in accordance with the provisions of Section III of the Rules within the time limit specified in the Competition Schedule (Section I, Article 4 of the Rules).

b. The Organizer admits to the Competition and invites to submit Competition Works only those Competition Participants who have submitted an Application for admission to the Competition within the required time limit and meet the objective requirements specified by the Organizer in Section III of the Rules.

c. Submission of Competition Works through the Electronic Tendering Platform (EPK) and additionally in paper form within the time limit specified in the Competition Schedule. The scope, form of preparation and method of presentation of the Competition Works have been specified in Section IV of the Rules.

d. Evaluation of the anonymized Competition Works by the Competition Jury based on the criteria specified in Section V of the Rules. As a result of this evaluation, the Competition is decided, consisting of selecting the best Competition Work (1st Prize), awarding the remaining Prizes in accordance with the provisions of Section VI of the Rules or invalidating the Competition.

e. Approval by the Contracting Authority of the Competition decision and official announcement of the Competition results.

f. The results of the Competition decision become final.
