Poland – Construction work for water and sewage pipelines – Budowa kanalizacji sanitarnej dla budynków zlokalizowanych przy ul. Kołodzieja (rejon budynków nr 18-40), ul. Wolności oraz ul. Bielskiej 3 w Katowicach

The subject of the contract is “Construction of sanitary sewerage for buildings located at ul. Kołodzieja (area of buildings no. 18-40), ul. Wolności and ul. Bielskiej 3”. 2. As part of the subject contract, the construction of sanitary and storm sewerage is to be carried out. In total, the following is planned for implementation within the scope of this contract: a) sanitary sewerage network DN 200mm - approx. 763m; b) sanitary and storm sewerage network DN 315mm – approx. 143m; c) drilling DZ225×13.8mm – approx. 67m; d) road surface restoration; e) tree felling (the decision allowing tree felling will be provided to the Contractor after signing the Contract). 3. The detailed scope of the contract subject is specified by: − Design Documentation – Annex no. 10 to SWZ − Scope of works – Annex no. 11 to SWZ − Special conditions for land occupation – Annex no. 12 to SWZ − Guidelines for the creation of post-construction geodetic survey – Annex no. 13 to SWZ − Rules for the delivery of post-construction documentation – Annex no. 14 to SWZ − Draft contract terms – Annex no. 8 to SWZ − Guarantee card template – Annex no. 9 to SWZ 4. Quality guarantee and warranty period for defects: The Contracting Authority requires that the quality guarantee period for the completed subject of the contract is at least 36 months from the date of final acceptance. The Contracting Authority requires that the warranty period for defects is 60 months from the date of final acceptance. The conditions of the guarantee and warranty are specified in Annex no. 8 to SWZ – draft contract terms.
