The subject of the contract is the winter maintenance of municipal and county roads within the administrative boundaries of the city of Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski for the 2026/2027 season: a. winter maintenance of municipal roads I maintenance priority of 89 559 mb, according to Annex No. 2, b. winter maintenance of municipal roads II maintenance priority of 79 745 mb, according to Annex No. 3, c. winter maintenance of county roads within the administrative boundaries of the city of Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski I maintenance priority of 39 345 mb, according to Annex No. 4. d. one-time street cleaning after winter action: i. municipal roads in the first priority of sweeping after winter of 79 976 mb according to Annex No. 5, ii. municipal roads in the second priority of sweeping after winter of 41 008 mb according to Annex No. 6, iii. county roads within the administrative boundaries of the city of Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski swept after winter of 39 345 mb according to Annex No. 7. The aforementioned annexes are annexes to the contract and have been placed in Annex No. 2a to the SWZ. 2. The contracting authority allows a maximum equipment replacement time of 90 minutes. The contracting authority is interested in the shortest possible equipment replacement time, which is reflected in the system of contractual penalties for exceeding the offered time limit and in the selection of bid evaluation criteria. In the case of an offer longer than 90 minutes or no equipment replacement time indicated – the bid will be rejected. Further, in accordance with the SWZ.
