Slovakia – Electricity – Dodávka elektrickej energie pre MF SR a Štátnu pokladnicu

DNS will enable the continuous placement of orders for the supply of electricity based on separate calls for tender for the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic and separate calls for tender for the State Treasury during a period of 60 months. This is an ad-hoc joint procurement under § 16 of the Public Procurement Act based on the Ad-hoc Joint Public Procurement Agreement No. 2026/540 of 4 June 2026 concluded between the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic and the State Treasury. The fulfilments based on this DNS will be realized in the Bratislava, Trenčín, Banská Bystrica and Košice regions. The specific locations and delivery deadlines for the subject of the specific orders placed within the DNS will be indicated in the relevant call for tenders. Detailed specifications of the subject of the order, its exact scope as well as other supplementary information will be indicated in the individual calls for tender within the established DNS, which will be sent to all qualified interested parties via the electronic means JOSEPHINE.
