The subject of the public procurement is the supply and installation of a new compressor refrigeration system (R744) including a system for utilizing waste heat from compressors for the preparation of hot utility water (HUW), i.e. the replacement of the existing central R744 refrigeration system; provision and installation of a temporary alternative source of cooling including temporary chilled water cooling pipe systems for the duration of the engine room reconstruction and their connection to the existing chilled water consumers and commissioning of the alternative cooling system; complete shutdown of the R744 cooling device, dismantling of steel chilled water pipe networks, complete dismantling of the existing R744 cooling device for construction work in the engine room; installation of a new engine room R744 cooling device including a new condenser, including connection to a new chilled water network; installation of part of the electrical installation and MaR, installation of the propyleneglycol pipe network for coolers including coolers in the cooler rooms; commissioning of the new R744 cooling, termination of the operation of the temporary cooling units, dismantling of the temporary chilled water pipe system; gradual dismantling of the freon coolers in the cooling chamber and their replacement with air coolers cooled with propyleneglycol; dismantling of the existing freon cooling units including the extraction and disposal of the refrigerant.
