Poland – Vehicles for the emergency services – Ciężki samochód ratownictwa technicznego "rotator"

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a heavy technical rescue vehicle "rotator" - 4 units, in accordance with Annex No. 4 to the SWZ (which is also the subject matter evidential means). 2. The ordering party requires that the delivered equipment, which is the subject of the order, be factory new, unused, in an undamaged, technically operational, complete and ready-to-use condition, and meet the standards required by Polish law and be free of legal defects. 3. The method of transport and packaging of the equipment must ensure protection against damage. The Contractor shall be liable for any damage caused by improper packaging and/or transport. 4. The delivery of each vehicle, as described in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ, must be made to the organisational units of the State Fire Service specified in the order documents. 5. The detailed scope of services, the method of order fulfilment and the obligations of the Contractor are specified in the following documents: - Annex No. 4 to the SWZ i.e. Description of the Subject of the Order (abbreviated as OPZ) and - Annex No. 3 to the SWZ i.e. Draft Contract Terms.
