Finland – Occupational clothing, special workwear and accessories – Suojavaatteet opiskelijoille ja henkilökunnalle 2027-2028 +optio 1+1
Description
The subject of the tender is protective clothing purchased by the SASKY educational consortium for its students and staff. The procurement target is divided into three (3) parts: 1. Industrial protective clothing for students/staff in the fields of technology and transportation 2. Service sector protective clothing for students/staff 3. Logo printing. A tender must be submitted for section 3 and at least one of sections 1 and 2. A tender may also be submitted for all three sections. The procurement will be conducted as an open procedure, and it is a framework agreement. The procurement does not include a maximum or minimum purchase obligation. The quantities indicated on the price schedule (Annex 1) will only be used for comparison. The quantities are indicative and do not bind SASKY as such. The procurement includes protective clothing for students and staff. The protective clothing in use may also change as the supplier's product ranges change, but the quality of the protective clothing must not change with the product range. The contract period is two (2) years, starting on 1.1.2027 and ending on 31.12.2028 without separate notice of termination. The purchaser has the option to extend the contract by one year (1+1). The purchaser decides on the use of the option periods annually by the end of October each year and invites the suppliers to a contract monitoring meeting. If the options are not used, the contract will end without separate notice. The quantities to be purchased for all educational points will be confirmed annually on the basis of student selection. Changes in educational fields may lead to additional orders. Possible legislative changes may affect the purchase quantity. The annual order quantities vary depending on the number of trainees and possible changes in training programmes. Now that the start of studies can take place flexibly, protective clothing will be ordered in the smallest quantities throughout the year, even individual items, although the main focus remains on August deliveries. The majority of the protective clothing to be delivered to students will be ordered for first-year students in early August at the start of the academic year. The purchaser is not bound by the quantities indicated in the tender invitation. Arrangements The supplier must be able to arrange a fitting session at all educational points in August at the start of the academic year, together with the educational points, according to the agreed schedule, and accept orders at the following operational locations: Hämeenkyrö, Ikaalinen, Kokemäki, Mänttä-Vilppula, Parkano, Sastamala and Tampere. There must be a sufficient range of sizes and models available at the fitting sessions. All sizes must be available from the models offered. Group-specific name lists will be drawn up for the fitting sessions at the educational points, and the protective clothing ordered will be marked on these lists. These lists must be delivered to each educational point as an attachment to the invoices. The products must be delivered to the supplier within one (1) week of the order/fitting, as students need the protective clothing immediately when the teaching starts in the workshops and on the work sites. Action Plan Based on the information given in the tender invitation, the supplier must submit an implementation plan as a separate annex to the fitting/order/delivery, which includes the organisation of the fittings of protective clothing at the educational points, a description of the delivery process and timetable, the ordering system, delivery reliability and reporting. The reports must include at least sales reports at the municipal consortium level and per educational point, as well as delivery time reports. In addition, an explanation of how fittings can be arranged at other times, for example, at a shop in the SASKY area of operation, by post, etc. In terms of their properties and materials, the garments must be breathable, durable, flexible, ergonomic and pleasant to wear.
