The subject of the procurement is the acquisition of expert services for the information system for the supervision of the real estate ownership of the Ministry of Defence (hereinafter PLM). The expert services subject to the procurement relate to the definition, planning, development, implementation, maintenance, and assurance of the quality and information security of the functionalities of the system currently in use by PLM. The services may be directed at small and large projects as well as an ongoing service requirement. The services subject to the procurement are described in more detail in Annex 1.
