The procurement concerns the air filters for the ventilation systems of Mikkeli City's properties. The procurement also includes a product support system with an ordering system, initial mapping, and an annual property tour, as well as expert services such as particle measurements and training for the client's staff. The properties are located in Mikkeli, Anttola, Haukivuori, Ristinassa, and Suomenniemi. The client will procure the products during the contract period based on the actual needs and quantities at the time, but specifically according to the maintenance program of the properties. The estimated purchase price for the filters is approximately 140,000 €/year (VAT 0%). The delivery addresses and their quantities, as well as the quantities of the deliveries, may change during the contract period, for example, the properties of the Hyvinvointi area or other similar changes in the management of the city's properties. The materials for the filters are defined in Appendix 2, Mikkeli City's filter list, and the materials are considered practically suitable for the client. The client will adhere to the tender request regarding these. The frame material must be plastic or metal. The tender must specify which material is used in the frames. If a plastic frame is used, the frame must be made of a maximum of two parts. This requirement aims to ensure the rigidity of the frame to prevent leakage. One (1) supplier will be selected from the acceptable tenders, who is the most economically advantageous overall. The selection criterion for tenders is overall economic advantage, where the weight of the price is 30%, quality 65%, and alternative frame materials 5%. The contract period is 1.11.2026 - 31.10.2028. After this, the contract can be extended with option periods of 1+1. The client will notify the selected supplier of the possible use of the option period no later than three (3) months before the end of the actual contract period. If the option right is not used, the contract will end. By signing the procurement contract, the contract supplier commits to the possible use of the option. The contracts JYSE 2025 Goods and JYSE 2025 Services will be applied in the contract.
