Poland – Engineering design services – Wykonanie aktualizacji dokumentacji projektowo-kosztorysowej remontu elewacji i dachu oraz uzupełnienie dokumentacji o projekt ocieplenia dachu i wykonania izolacji ścian fundamentowych budynku przy Al. Ujazdowskich 19 w Warszawie wraz z pełnieniem nadzorów autorskich w trakcie wykonywania robót budowlanych realizowanych zgodnie z wykonaną dokumentacją

In accordance with point 7 of the Contract Conditions Specification (CCS): Contractors may apply for the contract who meet the conditions set by the Contracting Authority regarding technical or professional capacity. The Contracting Authority does not apply the capacity levels defined in the regulations issued under Article 5(4) or (5) of the Act of 5 August 2025 on the certification of public procurement contractors. For the subject of the contract, the capacity levels have not been defined. The Contractor will meet the condition if they present a candidate or candidates who meet the following requirements:

a) Role/Position: Person performing the role of Architectural Designer; Minimum number of personnel: 1; Minimum required professional qualifications and education: Holds unrestricted building design authorisation in the architectural field under the Act of 7 July 1994 – Building Law (current consolidated text: Dz.U. 2025 item 418, as amended) or equivalent authorisation issued under previously applicable regulations, or relevant regulations of EU, EFTA or Swiss Confederation Member States, provided that such qualifications have been recognised under the Act of 22 December 2015 on the recognition of professional qualifications (Dz.U. 2023 item 334, as amended); Minimum experience: In the 3 years preceding the deadline for submission of tenders, they have successfully completed at least 2 architectural or multidisciplinary projects, the scope of which included the renovation, reconstruction, extension or modernisation of a heritage-listed building with a usable area of at least 1 500 m2 each, which documentation has been approved by the relevant conservation and architectural and building authorities and obtained a building permit;

b) Role/Position: Person performing the role of Structural/Building Designer; Minimum number of personnel: 1; Minimum required professional qualifications and education: Holds unrestricted building design authorisation in the structural/building field under the Act of 7 July 1994 – Building Law (current consolidated text: Dz.U. 2025 item 418, as amended) or equivalent authorisation issued under previously applicable regulations, or relevant regulations of EU, EFTA or Swiss Confederation Member States, provided that such qualifications have been recognised under the Act of 22 December 2015 on the recognition of professional qualifications (Dz.U. 2023 item 334, as amended); Minimum experience: In the 3 years preceding the deadline for submission of tenders, they have successfully completed at least 2 structural or multidisciplinary projects, the scope of which included the renovation, reconstruction, extension or modernisation of a heritage-listed building with a usable area of at least 1 500 m2 each, which documentation has been approved by the relevant conservation and architectural and building authorities and obtained a building permit;

c) Role/Position: Person performing the role of Sanitary Installations Designer; Minimum number of personnel: 1; Minimum required professional qualifications and education: Holds unrestricted building design authorisation in the field of heating, ventilation, gas, water supply and sewerage systems under the Act of 7 July 1994 – Building Law (consolidated text: Dz.U. 2025 item 418, as amended) or equivalent authorisation issued under previously applicable regulations, or relevant regulations of EU, EFTA or Swiss Confederation Member States, provided that such qualifications have been recognised under the Act of 22 December 2015 on the recognition of professional qualifications (Dz.U. 2023 item 334, as amended); Minimum experience: not applicable;

d) Role/Position: Person performing the role of Electrical Installations Designer; Minimum number of personnel: 1; Minimum required professional qualifications and education: Holds unrestricted building design authorisation in the field of electrical and power engineering systems under the Act of 7 July 1994 – Building Law (consolidated text: Dz.U. 2025 item 418, as amended) or equivalent authorisation issued under previously applicable regulations, or relevant regulations of EU, EFTA or Swiss Confederation Member States, provided that such qualifications have been recognised under the Act of 22 December 2015 on the recognition of professional qualifications (Dz.U. 2023 item 334, as amended); Minimum experience: In the 3 years preceding the deadline for submission of tenders, they have successfully completed at least 2 electrical projects, the scope of which included the renovation, reconstruction, extension or modernisation of a heritage-listed building;

e) Role/Position: Person performing the role of Heritage Conservationist; Minimum number of personnel: 1; Minimum required professional qualifications and education: Has completed second-cycle or uniform master's studies in the field of art conservation and restoration or heritage conservation; Minimum experience: In the 3 years preceding the deadline for submission of tenders, they have successfully completed at least 2 conservation programmes for a building with a usable area of at least 1 500 m2 each, covering the architectural design and facade details of heritage-listed buildings subject to conservation protection. The persons indicated by the Contractor and simultaneously meeting the participation condition will implement the subject of the contract and will be specified in the contract.
