Romania – Software-related services – IMPLEMENTARE SISTEM AVANSAT DE ANALIZĂ, PROGNOZĂ ȘI RAPORTARE (ADVANCED ANALYTICS)

This procurement procedure concerns the "Implementation of an ADVANCED ANALYTICS Platform" on the hardware infrastructure necessary for the operation of the ADVANCED ANALYTICS Platform, made available to the Contracting Authority by the Contracting Entity for use (completed by that made available by the Supplier, if applicable), the administration of which is ensured exclusively by the Contracting Entity (by administration of the hardware infrastructure by the Contracting Entity is understood: configurations, maintenance of hardware components, operating systems and server virtualization database). The implementation of the ADVANCED ANALYTICS Platform will consist of the following, but not limited to: design, development, supply, installation, configuration, customization, integration with existing systems, testing, data migration or data transfer from existing databases, any data transformations and necessary conversions, or any creation of basic data (information found on other recording media), commissioning (putting into production) and transfer of the platform to the operational environment, professional training, delivery of documentation according to an approved deliverables plan by the Beneficiary, provision of services and support for the warranty period for the named Platform, developed in a centralized architecture, and which must have the capacity to process and manage (in accordance with 4.2.3.1 of the Terms of Reference), in the final configuration, data from a minimum of 1,300,000 insertion points, a minimum of 1,000,000 assets and a minimum of 1,300,000 smart meters. The ADVANCED ANALYTICS Platform will also serve a minimum of 1.5 million existing consumption points. The integrated computer system resulting from this implementation, also called the ADVANCED ANALYTICS System, will be the responsibility of the Contracting Authority, which must guarantee the unique parameters defined for it.
