Description
The subject of the order is the design, supply and installation of photovoltaic panel systems as part of the implementation of the project entitled: "Construction of photovoltaic panel systems for public utility buildings in the Municipality of Aleksandrów Łódzki". 2. The subject of the order will be implemented in the "design and build" formula and includes the execution and commissioning of photovoltaic installations with energy storage in the following locations: 1) Municipal Office in Aleksandrów Łódzki, Kościuszki Square 2 – PV installation kWp-45, min. energy storage (ES) capacity kWh-60, min. hybrid inverter power (kW)-2x20kW(40kW), mounted on a supporting structure; 2) Municipal Office in Aleksandrów Łódzki, Kościuszki Square 4 - PV installation kWp-20, min. energy storage (ES) capacity kWh-40, min. hybrid inverter power (kW)-1x20kW(20kW), mounted on a supporting structure; 3) Primary School with Integration Classes named after Janusz Korczak in Ruda Bugaj, Ruda Bugaj 54 - PV installation kWp-49.5, min. energy storage (ES) capacity kWh-100, min. hybrid inverter power (kW)-2x25kW(50kW), mounted on the roof of two buildings; 4) Primary School No. 4 named after Maria Skłodowska-Curie in Aleksandrów Łódzki, al. Wyzwolenia 3 - PV installation kWp-49.5, min. energy storage (ES) capacity kWh-100, min. hybrid inverter power (kW)-2x25kW(50kW), mounted on the roof of the building; 5) Primary School named after Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński, Primate of the Millennium in Rąbienie, ul. Słowiańska 5 - PV installation kWp-30, min. energy storage (ES) capacity kWh-50, min. hybrid inverter power (kW)-1x30kW(30kW), mounted on the roof of the building; 6) Municipal Swimming Pool Olimpijczyk in Aleksandrów Łódzki, ul. Bankowa 5 - PV installation kWp-97, min. energy storage (ES) capacity kWh-160, min. hybrid inverter power (kW)-3x30kW(90kW), mounted on the roof of the building; 7) Municipal Kindergarten No. 2 named after Julian Tuwim in Aleksandrów Łódzki, ul. Łęczycka 4 - PV installation kWp-39, min. energy storage (ES) capacity kWh-60, min. hybrid inverter power (kW)-2x20kW(40kW), mounted on the roof of the building; 8) Municipal Kindergarten No. 3 in Aleksandrów Łódzki, ul. Ściegiennego 5/6 - PV installation kWp-42, min. energy storage (ES) capacity kWh-60, min. hybrid inverter power (kW)-2x20kW(40kW), mounted on the roof of the building; 9) Primary School No. 1 named after John Paul II in Aleksandrów Łódzki, ul. Waryńskiego 22/26 - PV installation kWp-118, min. energy storage (ES) capacity kWh-160, min. hybrid inverter power (kW)-4x30kW(120kW), mounted on the roof of the building. 3. The subject of the contract includes in particular: 1) preparation of design documentation, 2) obtaining necessary opinions, approvals, expertises, agreements and permits and making the required by law notifications, 3) supply of photovoltaic panels, hybrid inverters, energy storage units, energy meters and other devices and elements necessary for the implementation of the subject of the contract, 4) execution of construction and assembly works, 5) commissioning of the installation, 6) ensuring access to applications serving to monitor the operation of the installation available on the phone/computer 7) training of installation users in the scope of its operation and maintenance, 8) registration of the installation with the local OSD and the State Fire Service, 9) performance of free technical inspections of the constructed photovoltaic installations during the warranty period, 10) preparation of documentation confirming the achievement of product indicators and result indicators. 4. The detailed material scope and the manner of implementing the subject of the order are specified in the Functional-User Program for the project entitled: "Construction of photovoltaic panel systems for public utility buildings in the Municipality of Aleksandrów Łódzki" along with the attachments (constituting Annex No. 7 to SWZ). 5. The subject of the contract is co-financed by the European Union within the regional program Fundusze Europejskie dla Łódzkiego 2021-2027, Action FELD.02.06 Renewable energy sources – ZIT Łódzki Obszar Metropolitalny Priorytetu FELD.02 European funds for green Łódź, Contract No. FELD.02.06-IZ.00-0011/25-00. In connection with the above, the implementation of the subject of the order is to bring the indicators of achieving the goals of the project set out in the subsidy agreement, and consequently the summary product indicators and result indicators described in point II.7 SWZ. 6. The Contractor is obliged to implement the subject of the order in a manner ensuring the achievement of the following indicators: 1) product indicators in the form of: a) additional capacity to generate electricity from RES, target value - 0.4900MW, b) number of constructed units generating electricity from RES, target value - 9 units, c) number of constructed units generating electricity using solar radiation energy, target value - 9 units, d) capacity of electrical energy storages, target value – min. 0.79 MWh, e) number of created electrical energy storages, target value - 9 units, where the achievement of the indicators indicated in point 1) lit. a-e above will be verified on the basis of the Final Acceptance Protocol of the completed works. 2) result indicator in the form of: a) amount of generated electricity from RES, target value to be achieved after 12, 24, 36, 48, 60 months from the final acceptance date of the subject of the contract is 440.00 MWh/year, where the achievement of the above indicated in point 2) a will be verified on the basis of reports and printouts from meters measuring the generated electrical
