Belgium – HVAC packages – Vervanging koelmachine 2

The project involves the replacement of a factory-assembled air-cooled chiller with industrial application, installed on the roof of a hospital in operation. The installation concerns a unit with a cooling capacity in the order of approximately 600 kW, intended for comfort and process cooling, with connection to the existing circuit. The contract includes the dismantling and disposal of the existing chiller, the supply and installation of a new air-cooled unit with sound enclosure, and the complete commissioning and integration into the existing installation. Special attention is given to: • acoustic performance in a noise-sensitive environment; • reliability and continuity of cooling in a hospital context; • execution at roof level, with attention to planning, logistics and safety. The contract will be awarded through a competitive procedure with negotiation. In a subsequent phase, the complete tender dossier, including technical and contractual specifications, will be made available to the selected parties.
