1. The subject of the contract is the service of collecting, processing, preparing and providing biological material and clinical data from patients with colorectal cancer, breast cancer, non-small cell lung cancer and skin melanoma. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is in Annex No. 3 to SWZ Subject of the Contract Description. 3. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract is in the contract template, which is Annex No. 2 SWZ. 4. Classification according to CPV code: main code: 85141000-9 – Medical personnel services, auxiliary codes: 85111800-8 - pathological services, 85140000-2 - various health services, 73110000-6 Research services. 5. The offer must be clear and comprehensive, i.e. cover all the services necessary to implement the subject of the contract. 6. Due to the need to ensure the appropriate quality of the biological material for further analyses and the key impact of transport time on the preservation of its quality parameters, the Contractor's facility must be located no more than 50 km from the Contracting Authority's headquarters (ul. Na Grobli 15, 50-421 Wrocław), measured by the shortest driving route using the Google Maps application.
