Poland – Roadworks – Przebudowa i budowa placu przyległego do skrzydła południowego dawnego Kolegium Jezuickiego /na terenie historycznego układu urbanistycznego Kalisza

The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task in the "design and build" formula, including the preparation of complete design documentation relating to the reconstruction and construction of pedestrian roads and the adjacent square to the southern wing of the former Jesuit College (on the territory of the historic urban layout of Kalisz, entered in the register of monuments kept by the provincial conservator of monuments), on the basis of which the investment can be implemented both in terms of legal and technical aspects, as well as the execution of works in accordance with this design documentation. 2. The contract is carried out within the framework of the project "Our Heritage – from the Jesuits to St. Joseph", co-financed from the European Regional Development Fund under the European Funds for Wielkopolska 2021-2027 Programme. 3. The detailed scope of the contract is specified in Annex no. 1 to the SWZ (Functional-Operational Programme – Task no. 1) and Annex no. 9 to the SWZ (Essential Terms of the Contract).
