Poland – Fire-brigade and rescue services – Świadczenie usług ratownictwa wodnego na krytych pływalniach POSiR w 2027 roku

The subject of the contract is the provision of water rescue services at the covered swimming pools of POSiR in 2026. The service must be provided in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, in particular: - Act of 18 August 2011 on the safety of persons in water areas (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 714) - Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs of 23.01.2012 on the minimum requirements regarding the number of water rescuers ensuring continuous control of the designated water area (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1981), - Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs of 06.03.2012 on the manner of marking and securing water areas and the patterns of prohibition, mandatory and information signs and flags (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1979), - Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs of 27 February 2012 on the requirements regarding the equipment of designated water areas with rescue and auxiliary equipment, signaling and warning devices and medical equipment, medicines and sanitary articles (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1607), - Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs of 23 September 2021 on the qualifications useful in water rescue (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1761), - Act of 13 May 2016 on counteracting criminal threats of a sexual nature and protecting minors (i.e. Journal of Laws 2024, item 560), - Act of 28 July 2023 amending the Act - Family and Guardianship Code and certain other acts (Journal of Laws 2023, item 1606). The contract is divided into 5 parts: Part I Provision of water rescue services at the covered swimming pool Rataje located at ul. Piastowskim 55 in Poznań. The description of the subject of the contract is Annex No. 1 to SWZ. Part II Provision of water rescue services at the covered swimming pool Atlantis located at ul. Stefana Batorego 101 in Poznań. The description of the subject of the contract is Annex No. 2 to SWZ. Part III Provision of water rescue services at the covered swimming pool Winogrady located at ul. Zwycięstwa 124 in Poznań. The description of the subject of the contract is Annex No. 3 to SWZ. Part IV Provision of water rescue services at the covered swimming pool Chwiałka located at ul. Spychalskiego 34 in Poznań. The description of the subject of the contract is Annex No. 4 to SWZ. Part V Provision of water rescue services at the covered swimming pool Grunwald located at ul. Taborowej in Poznań.
