The subject of the contract is the implementation of a municipal kindergarten building in modular steel technology, together with the accompanying infrastructure, namely: water, electricity, telecommunication connections, kindergarten playground, public green area, internal roads, greenery together with complete as-built documentation. In the "design and build" mode, the Contractor is also to obtain a building permit and a decision on the use of the facility. The subject of the contract is also the design of a ground-level garage with the function of an Emergency Shelter and obtaining a building permit for the facility. Area of development: 12679 m2 Land area: 12679 m2 Building area: 2156 m2 The scope of the works is precisely defined in the Functional-Utilisation Programme and the SWZ. The Contracting Authority envisages the possibility of awarding contracts involving the repetition of similar construction works, as referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Pzp Act, i.e. within 3 years from the date of award of the main contract, to the current Contractor, contracts involving the repetition of similar construction works with a value not exceeding: 2 256 571,36zł. net. The subject contracts have been envisaged in the contract notice for the main contract and will be in line with its subject matter, their total value has been taken into account in calculating its value, and the contracts will involve, in particular: construction works, earthworks, structural, finishing, installation works, supply of equipment, land development.
