The subject of the contract is the purchase of electrical energy for 109 facilities managed by the Regional Infrastructure Office in Krakow, ul. Mogilska 85, in 3 parts. Part no. 1: Purchase of electrical energy for 45 facilities managed by the Regional Infrastructure Office in Krakow, ul. Mogilska 85, located in the Małopolskie Voivodeship. Part no. 2: Purchase of electrical energy for 46 facilities managed by the Regional Infrastructure Office in Krakow, ul. Mogilska 85, located in the Śląskie Voivodeship. Part no. 3: Purchase of electrical energy for 18 facilities managed by the Regional Infrastructure Office in Krakow, ul. Mogilska 85, located in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship. 2. The detailed scope and conditions for the implementation of the contract are provided by:  description of the subject of the contract for each part,  draft electricity sales agreement for each part,  cost estimate sheet for each part. The above documents are annexes to the SWZ and are an integral part of it.
