Poland – Sewage, refuse, cleaning and environmental services – „Odbieranie, transport i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych na terenie Gminy Ropczyce w 2027 roku”

The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and disposal of all types of municipal waste from the owners of properties located in the area of the Municipality of Ropczyce, from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027, in a manner that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of: preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste and reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste disposed of, in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, the Waste Act, and in accordance with the Regulation on maintaining cleanliness and order in the area of the Municipality of Ropczyce, applicable in the scope relating to the contract and not contrary to the current wording of the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities. 2. The subject of the contract covers 5833 properties, including: 1/ 84 units – in the multi-family housing area within the city of Ropczyce (referred to as "MW"), 2/ 5807 units – single-family and smallholdings and multi-family housing area outside the city, also referred to as "MN, MR" in the rest of the contract, including: Ropczyce– 2990 units, Okonin– 117 units, Łączki Kucharskie– 328 units, Niedźwiada– 615 units, Mała– 303 units, Brzezówka– 316 units, Lubzina– 593 units, Gnojnica– 545 units.
