Poland – Petroleum products, fuel, electricity and other sources of energy – „Kompleksowa dostawa energii elektrycznej dla Gminy Boguszów-Gorce na okres od 01.01.2027 r. do 31.12.2027 r."

The subject of this order is the comprehensive supply of electrical energy, i.e. the supply of energy with a distribution service for the objects listed in Annex 1 to the SWZ – description of the subject of the order. The demand for electrical energy in the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027 is: 946 684 kWh of the basic order. 2. The detailed scope of the order has been specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 on Energy Law. The remaining conditions regarding the implementation of the order have been specified in the draft provisions of the electricity supply agreement – Annex 2 to the SWZ. 3. The reserve seller is: Tauron Sprzedaż Sp. z o.o. 4. The current comprehensive/electricity supply agreements with the previous electricity suppliers for the points of electricity intake listed in Annex 1 to the SWZ are concluded for a specified period, and the exact description for each of the PPE points is in the column named "Period of validity of the current agreement/ notice period". 5. In Annex 1 to the SWZ, the current parameters (tariff group/ contractual capacities) are indicated informatively, which may change during the term of the electricity agreement. 6. During the implementation of the order, the ordering party reserves the right to reduce or increase the amount of electrical energy of the basic order given in point 4.1. of the SWZ within 20%: 6.1. the increase in the amount of electrical energy of the order will take place on the basis of the right of option. The principles, scope and manner of exercising the right of option by the Ordering Party are described in § 1 point 2 item 3 of the Draft Agreement Provisions according to Annex 2 to the SWZ, 6.2. the reduction in the amount of electrical energy of the order will take place on the basis of, within the scope and in the manner described in § 1 point 2 item 4 of the Draft Agreement Provisions according to Annex 2 to the SWZ. 7. The ordering party will conclude two contracts for the comprehensive supply of electrical energy with the distribution service with the entity selected in this procedure.
