The subject of the contract is a construction project involving the modernisation of the teaching part of building A2 and CD in the scope of lecture halls in the design and build formula – project Science and Knowledge Exchange Zone. The works will be carried out as part of task no. 2 of the project “Science and Knowledge Exchange Zone” (investment financed from the state budget). The Detailed Description of the Contract Subject is Annex No. 2 to SWZ – Functional User Program along with annexes. The Contracting Authority informs that in the event of the use in SWZ of the description of the contract subject by indicating trade names, trademarks, patents or origin, source or special process or norm, European technical approvals, certificates, technical specifications and technical reference systems, it aims to specify the contract subject. The Contracting Authority allows for the submission of offers equivalent to those described by indicating trade names, trademarks, patents or origin, provided that the proposed solutions have, at least, the same functional features/parameters as indicated in the SWZ, and their quality is not lower than the quality specified in the product specification. In the event of the use in the description of the contract subject of norms, European technical approvals, certificates, technical specifications and technical reference systems, the Contracting Authority allows for equivalent solutions. With regard to all trade names, patents or certificates of origin, source or special process as well as norms, European technical approvals, certificates, technical specifications and technical reference systems indicated by the Contracting Authority in the tender documentation, the words “or equivalent” are added. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to demonstrate that the solutions offered by him are equivalent to those described by the Contracting Authority. The Contractor is obliged to implement the contract on the principles and conditions described in the template contract constituting Annex No. 4 to SWZ. Implementation term: Implementation term of the contract: 91 days from the date of signing the contract, no later than by 30.11.2026. Additional information: The Contracting Authority has shortened the deadline for submitting offers by 5 days in accordance with Article 138(4) of the PZP Act and in connection with the fact that the submission of offers takes place entirely by means of electronic communication, in the manner specified in Article 63(1). The Contracting Authority envisages the possibility of awarding contracts, as referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the PZP, not exceeding 3,405,585.00 zł net, involving the repetition of similar repair and construction works, specified in the contract documentation, in particular the modernisation, reconstruction, extension of buildings CD, A2 CKD for the teaching activities of the Medical University of Łódź together with the necessary technical and installation infrastructure. Approximate scope of works: Execution of installation works including: a)Dismantling of floors and floor coverings including at the level of the ground floor, dismantling of the substructure under the floor covering along with existing insulation if present. b)Dismantling of floor coverings including stairwell coverings, thresholds, entrances and exits from the building. c)Dismantling of partition walls d)Removal of internal plaster from walls and ceilings, and dismantling of all wall and ceiling coverings e)Dismantling of all recesses in walls f)Dismantling of all existing installations along with fittings, receivers etc. g)Execution of floor h)Execution of floors with acoustic insulation meeting the requirements of acoustic insulation and damping along with reinforcements in the scope of mounting equipment and laboratory furniture i)Execution of gypsum plasterboard walls and thin-layer plasters j)Execution of partition walls in GK technology along with acoustic insulation and system reinforcements enabling the mounting of all furniture and equipment. k)Execution of mobile partitions l)Masonry works in the necessary scope. m)Execution of fire protection in the scope of the main load-bearing structure of the building to the required REI class n)Execution of floor coverings with heterogeneous PVC coverings, heterogeneous PVC coverings in conductive tiles, PVC GTI coverings (in the scope of corridors and communication routes), epoxy resin floors in the scope of the technical superstructure, ceramic tile coverings in the scope of the staircase, hygienic-sanitary rooms. o)Execution of wall coverings PVC, wall cladding panels in the scope of communication routes, and wall tiles in the scope of hygienic-sanitary rooms. p)Supply and installation of lighting fixtures q)Supply and installation of central ventilation units and ventilation systems r)Execution of painting works s)Installation of internal parapets t)Dismantling works u)Execution of suspended ceilings and fixed ceilings g/k in the form of accents (false ceilings) in communication routes including the staircase and pointwise in rooms v)Installation of internal glazed aluminium joinery w)Installation of external window and door joinery x)Installation of system HPL partitions y)Execution of carpentry works including the installation of new changing room lockers and porter's lodge built-in furniture z)Execution of a new floor with ceramic tiles aa)Execution of a lightweight steel structure with walls made of layered panels with PUR core taking into account the substructure for the needs of mounting photovoltaic panels according to the industry project, (new rooms for installation devices), bb)Execution of complete electrical, low-voltage, audiovisual, sanitary including water and sewerage, gas, central heating, technological heat, cold, mechanical domestic ventilation and mechanical technological ventilation including fume hoods, laminar flow cabinets etc., and station drains, gas detection installations etc. cc)Other necessary general construction works enabling the implementation of the contract subject. dd)Supply and installation of equipment (...) cd pt 3.14 SWZ.
