Poland – Diesel oil – Dostawa paliwa

The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of diesel (ON) and unleaded petrol PB 95 (referred to in SWZ as "fuel") to the Contracting Authority's mechanical vehicles and combustion devices. 2. The subject of the contract are the following types and estimated quantities of fuels: • diesel ON in the quantity of 173,000.00 l • unleaded petrol PB 95 in the quantity of 13,000.00 l 3. The quantity of fuel is an estimated/projected value, which may change during the validity of the contract depending on the actual needs of the Contracting Authority (resulting from situations independent of it, purchase or exchange of cars, etc.), at the same time the Contracting Authority undertakes to accept 7,000.00 litres of unleaded petrol PB95 and 120,000.00 litres of diesel ON during the validity of the contract. 4. Fuel delivery will take place successively according to the current needs of the Contracting Authority. Delivery will involve refuelling the Contracting Authority's vehicles and devices at a location adapted for this purpose and allowing access for heavy goods vehicles, buses and agricultural machinery, located no more than 5 km from the Contracting Authority's headquarters (ul. Główna 41, 97-410 Kleszczów) measured by the shortest public road allowing the passage of heavy goods vehicles, buses and agricultural machinery. 5. The Contracting Authority specifies the maximum daily fuel intake in the range of: • unleaded petrol PB 95 at the level of 500 litres. • diesel at the level of 3,000 litres. 6. Prices for diesel and unleaded petrol will be charged according to the prices in force on the day of sale reduced by the discount granted in the offer by the Contractor. The discount will be the same for the entire duration of the contract. 7. The Contractor will provide cashless settlement in PLN with an invoice specifying the transactions (date, place of purchase, quantity, price per litre of fuel, value of fuel purchase after taking into account the offered discount, with the registration number of the vehicle specified). 8. The Contracting Authority does not envisage the purchase of fuel in a cashless form using electronic fuel cards. 9. The Contracting Authority will attach to the contract template a written list of mechanical vehicles and a list of persons authorised to issue authorisations, and in the event of changes it will update them. 10. Unleaded petrol PB 95 and diesel should meet the requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on the quality requirements for liquid fuels and the applicable standards PN–EN 228 and PN-EN 590. 11.
