Romania – Angiography supplies – Furnizare materiale sanitare specifice ANGIOGRAFIEI - MATERIALE PROCEDURI STRUCTURALE

Within this procedure, the procurement of specific angiography - structural procedure materials is sought, divided into 5 lots, with the minimum technical specifications from Annex No. 1 and in the quantities provided in Annex No. 2 of the Tender Dossier. Any request for clarification must be sent in SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub). In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (2) of Law No. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the Contracting Authority - Purchaser establishes the deadline within which economic operators can submit requests for clarification, as well as when it will respond to all requests for clarification / additional information, as follows: 1. The deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documents is 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. 2. The Contracting Authority - Purchaser will clearly and fully respond to all requests for clarification by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The deadline for responding to clarifications has been set, in accordance with the provisions of art. 161 of Law No. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, so that economic operators have an adequate period for analyzing the award documents and, subsequently, for preparing tenders in light of the responses provided by the Contracting Authority - Purchaser. Requests for clarification will be sent in editable format, in SEAP, signed with an extended electronic signature. The Contracting Authority is not obliged to respond to requests for clarification/additional information that were not submitted within the deadline set out in section I.3 of the Data Sheet.
