1. The subject of the contract is "Purchase of Veeam license or equivalent". 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract has been defined in SWZ Section III Description of the subject of the contract and in Section IV SWZ (PPU). 3. The Contracting Authority does not require Contractors to provide a bid bond. 4. The Contracting Authority does not require Contractors to provide a performance security. 5. The Contracting Authority does not envisage or reserve the possibility of exercising the right of option in the subject procedure. 6. The Contracting Authority does not allow the possibility of submitting partial bids. 7. This contract is a contract awarded in parts, each of which is the subject of a separate procedure. 8. The Contracting Authority does not allow the possibility of submitting variant bids. 9. The Contracting Authority does not require the Contractor to submit the subject evidence with the bid. 10. The Contracting Authority does not envisage the supplementation of the subject evidence, as referred to in Article 107(2) of the Pzp Act. 11. The Contracting Authority does not envisage conducting a pre-bid meeting with the Contractors. 12. The Contracting Authority does not envisage conducting an electronic auction, as referred to in Articles 227–238 of the Pzp Act. 13. The Contracting Authority does not envisage the possibility of awarding contracts, as referred to in Article 214(1)(8) of the Pzp Act. 14. The Contracting Authority does not envisage the reimbursement of participation costs, except in the event of a situation as referred to in Article 261 of the Pzp Act. 15. The Contracting Authority allows the participation of subcontractors in the implementation of the contract. 15.1. In the event of the participation of subcontractors in the implementation of the contract, the Contracting Authority, in accordance with Article 462(2) of the Pzp Act, requires the Contractor to indicate the parts of the contract which the Contractor intends to entrust to the subcontractors, and to provide the Contracting Authority with the names of the subcontractors (if known). 15.2. Entrusting the performance of parts of the contract to subcontractors does not release the Contractor from liability for proper performance of the contract. 16. The Contracting Authority does not reserve the obligation of personal performance by the Contractor of key tasks related to the implementation of the subject of the contract. 17. The Contracting Authority does not reserve the obligation of personal performance by individual Contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract of key tasks related to the implementation of the subject of the contract. 18. The Contracting Authority does not impose a requirement in the scope of employment by the Contractor of persons, as referred to in Article 96(2)(2) of the Pzp Act. 19. Since the activities performed by the persons indicated for the implementation of the public contract do not involve the provision of work within the meaning of Article 22(1) of the Labour Code, the Contracting Authority does not specify the requirement of employment by the Contractor or subcontractor of persons on the basis of a contract. 20. The Contracting Authority does not reserve requirements related to the implementation of the contract, as referred to in Article 96(1) of the Pzp Act. 21. The Contracting Authority does not reserve requirements and requirements related to the implementation of the contract, as referred to in Article 101(1) of the Pzp Act. 22. GDPR - Information Clause contained in SWZ. 23. The Contracting Authority does not envisage that in the subject procedure it will grant advances on account of the performance of the contract. 24. The Contracting Authority does not envisage the obligation for the Contractor to conduct a site visit and for the Contractor to check the documents necessary for the implementation of the contract available at the Contracting Authority's premises.
