Romania – Electricity – Furnizare energie electrica pentru consumatorii alimentati pe medie si joasa tensiune

Supply of electricity for medium and low voltage consumers in a total quantity of 100,000 MWh/year, as follows: a) 64,500 MWh/year of medium voltage electricity in the area of 5 counties (Constanta, Ialomita, Ilfov, Bacau and Dambovita) in the Dobrogea, Muntenia, North Muntenia and Moldova regions. b) 35,500 MWh/year of low voltage electricity in the area of 7 counties (Constanta, Ialomita, Calarasi, Ilfov, Dambovita, Brasov and Bacau) in the Dobrogea, Muntenia, North Muntenia, South Transylvania and Moldova regions. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested: until the 19th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Questions will be posted on SEAP in the questions section. The deadline by which the contracting entity will respond to clarification requests submitted in accordance with the deadline set in the invitation to participate: by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting entity will only respond to clarification requests submitted by the economic operator by the deadline set.
