Romania – Natural gas – Gaze naturale

The subject of the procurement is the acquisition of natural gas, in accordance with the description in the Terms of Reference: The total estimated value is between: minimum 1,860,000.00 lei, excluding VAT, and maximum 3,720,000.00 lei, excluding VAT. The estimated value includes excise duty, regulated transport, distribution and storage tariffs. Minimum quantity 4,650,000 Kwh, maximum quantity 9,300,000 Kwh. The value of the highest Subsequent Contract 1,860,000.00 lei, excluding VAT. Frequency and value of subsequent contracts to be awarded: several subsequent contracts will be concluded, depending on the budget allocation. Number of days until which requests for clarification can be submitted before the deadline for submission of tenders: 18 days. The contracting entity will respond to clarification requests on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Contract duration: 25 months, of which 24 months is the service provision period and 1 month for the constitution/restitution of the performance bond and payment of the final invoice.
