The subject of the procedure is the provision by the Contractor, for the benefit of the Contracting Authority, at the premises of "EKO-REGION" Sp. z o.o. in Bełchatów, ul. Przemysłowa 14 and 16, of services consisting of sorting and baling packaging waste in an estimated quantity of approx. 8 154 Mg over a period of 18 months from the date of the contract. 2. The estimated quantity of waste specified in point 1 may change during the execution of the contract. Therefore, the Contracting Authority reserves the right, during the execution of the contract, to limit this quantity by a maximum of 80%. A reduction in the quantity of waste within this range will not give rise to any claims on the part of the Contractor against the Contracting Authority, in particular for payment of compensation in connection with the reduction in the estimated quantity. In this situation, it is not necessary to draw up an annex. The Contracting Authority guarantees the Contractor a minimum of 20% of the estimated quantity of waste to be sorted and baled in the period of the contract. 3. The subject of the contract has been precisely defined in Section IV of the SWZ.
