Poland – Snow-clearing services – „Usługi zimowego utrzymania dróg powiatowych – w sezonie 2026/2027 i sezonie 2027/2028”

The subject of the contract is: "Winter maintenance services for county roads – in the 2026/2027 and 2027/2028 seasons". The subject of the contract is snow removal and de-icing of roads administered by ZDP in Słupsk as part of winter road maintenance (ZUD). The scope of the ZUD tasks, minimum equipment requirements, along with the sections covering individual tasks are presented in Annex No. 13. Other conditions of the contract are described in the contract project – Annex No. 7 to SWZ. The roads are covered by standards III, IV, V, VI of winter maintenance. For de-icing, Contractors may use material (sand, salt, mixture) for ZUD from ZDP in Słupsk (loading of material is possible in Słupsk at Road Ring No. 1 and in Główczyce – Klęcinko at Road Ring No. 2 or in case of agreement from the Contracting Authority at the service provider). The use of a particular material will be at the discretion of ZDP. A sand-salt mixture up to 50% is required. Settlement of Contractors for the performance of the service will be based on hourly rates using GPS modules mounted in vehicles used in ZUD by Contractors. The modules will be handed over to the Contractors for the duration of the contract. 2. Performance of the service(s) in ZUD in the 2026/2027 and 2027/2028 seasons, divided into tasks – 46 parts (according to Annex No. 13 to SWZ), according to the calls of the Contracting Authority.
