Bulgaria – Frozen fish – „Доставка на риба за нуждите на детските заведения на територията на община Свищов“ по обособени позиции

Subject of the public procurement: "Delivery of fish for the needs of children's institutions in the municipality of Svishtov" with the following distinct positions: Distinct Position No. 1 – Fish; Distinct Position No. 2 – Biological food products – fish. 2. Description of the subject of the public procurement: Forecast quantities for a period of 1 year: For Distinct Position No. 1 Delivery of fish – 2,700 kg. For Distinct Position No. 2 Delivery of biological food products – fish - 170 kg. The requirements for the packaging of the individual types of food products/stock must be observed during deliveries, as specified in this technical specification. Each delivery must be certified with a document for the date of manufacture of the respective product and shelf life. All food products must comply with quality requirements, the standards of the respective manufacturers and the applicable regulatory acts of the Republic of Bulgaria and the EU regulations governing the production, offering and transport of food products in the country. The quantities of products specified in the Technical Specifications for the distinct positions are forecast (indicative), not constant for the period of contract performance. The contracting authority reserves the right, within the framework of contract performance, to increase or decrease the quantities of the respective food products and goods, as well as not to claim the entire assortment, in connection with the arising real need for consumption of the serviced objects. A participant may submit an offer for one, for several, or for all distinct positions. Each distinct position is the subject of a separate contract for the award of a public procurement.
