The subject of the contract is the supply of various food products to the Municipal Centre for the Elderly, Chronically Disabled and Dependent in Krakow. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract includes an assortment-price form which is Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, which should be read together with any changes to the content of the SWZ made during the procedure. 3. The subject of the contract has been divided into 22 parts: - Part No. 1: Dairy products, - Part No. 2: Bread, - Part No. 3: Bakery and confectionery products, - Part No. 4: Gluten-free bread, - Part No. 5: Meat, - Part No. 6: Meat products, - Part No. 7: Poultry and poultry cold cuts, - Part No. 8: Grain mill products, - Part No. 9: Various food products, - Part No. 10: Biscuits and herbal teas; bakery and confectionery products with extended shelf life, - Part No. 11: Coffee, tea and similar products, - Part No. 12: Skimmed milk, - Part No. 13: Spices and root spices, - Part No. 14: Frozen vegetables and fruits, - Part No. 15: Plant oils and fats, - Part No. 16: Processed vegetables and fruits, - Part No. 17: Processed and canned fish, - Part No. 18: Vegetables, - Part No. 19: Potatoes, - Part No. 20: Apples, - Part No. 21: Citrus fruits, - Part No. 22: Eggs. 4. Each Contractor may submit an offer for one or all parts of the contract. The offer must include all assortment items in the part for which it is submitted. The Contracting Authority does not limit the number of parts for which a Contractor may submit an offer, or the number of parts in which the contract may be awarded to a single Contractor. 5.
