Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Odbieranie i zagospodarowanie (odzysk i unieszkodliwienie) odpadów komunalnych z nieruchomości, na których zamieszkują mieszkańcy, położonych na terenie Gminy Brójce.

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a service involving the collection and management (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste from property owners residing in the area of the Gmina Brójce and from the Selective Waste Collection Point (PSZOK), along with equipping these properties with containers and bags for waste collection. 2. The contractor is obligated to provide the service in a manner that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of preparation for reuse and recycling, as well as the limitation of municipal waste disposal, in accordance with the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733) and the implementing acts to this act, as well as the current Waste Management Plan for the Łódź Voivodeship and local law provisions. 3. The service must be provided in accordance with environmental protection laws and sanitary-epidemiological regulations, in particular in accordance with: a) the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 13 June 2024 on detailed requirements for the collection of municipal waste from property owners (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 921), b) the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 10 December 2021 on the detailed method of selective collection of selected waste fractions (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 906). 4. Under the contract, the contractor is obligated to collect and manage the entire stream of municipal waste originating from residential properties located in the area of the Gmina Brójce. The area of the municipality: 69.1 km2. The system covers an estimated 2,277 residential properties (including 44 seasonally used properties) and 6,993 inhabitants (according to data declared in the system). This number may change during the contract execution. 5. The number of inhabitants declared in the system and the number of residential properties may change during the contract execution. 6. The estimated amount of waste to be collected and managed from residential properties - approx. 208 Mg monthly, which totals 4,992 Mg. 7. The amount of waste generated in the area of the Gmina Brójce is not dependent on the ordering party. The established quantities are estimated and may change during the contract execution. The given quantities and types of waste should be treated as indicative. The ordering party reserves the right that, in accordance with the requirement of Article 433.4 of the pzp, the minimum size of the service provided by the parties constitutes 65% of the scope of the contract. 8. The ordering party envisages the possibility of awarding a contract, as referred to in Article 441.1 of the pzp, up to a maximum of 25% of the value of the basic contract. The description of the option includes a draft contract constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 9. The subject of the contract also includes the collection and management of waste from the Selective Waste Collection Point, including from pharmacies and pharmacy points.
