On the campus of Hohenheim University, a temporary lecture hall from 1970 is to be refurbished. The construction costs are estimated at approximately 2,370,000 €. The services are to be provided on the basis of an existing preliminary design. The measure is time-critical, as the lecture hall is to serve as a replacement during the planned renovation of lecture halls B3 and B4. Lecture Hall 9: 380 seats, area 341 m², ancillary rooms: 71 m², WC, corridor and entrance area: 185 m². As part of the construction project, the routing in the lecture hall will be adapted to allow for the new technical equipment. At the same time, the lighting in the lecture hall and in the ancillary rooms will be renewed. For better use, sockets will be provided at every second seat. The electrical supply will be provided via the floor below. A floor tank with sockets and data connections will be installed at the podium. In addition, the WLAN will be expanded and further sockets will be added in the ancillary rooms. Two data distributors are planned for the data supply. Presence detectors will be installed in the corridor and in the WC areas. The existing sub-distributor in the rest room will be replaced. In addition, the installation of new emergency lighting including a central system is planned. Costs: Breakdown of relevant cost groups according to DIN 276-1: 2018-12: Cost group 440 High-voltage systems 310,000 Euro gross, Cost group 450 - Telecommunications and information technology systems 115,000 Euro gross, Index level I 2026, costs for possible construction price and client risks are not included. Dates: Start of construction 22.09.2027, completion 18.12.2028. Intended is the awarding of design services according to Part 4, Section 2 HOAI for the following plant groups belonging to the technical equipment according to § 53 Paragraph 2 HOAI: No. 4. High-voltage systems, No. 5. Telecommunications and information technology systems, basic services of the performance phases 3 and 5 to 8 with special services of the performance phases 3, 5 and 8.
