The mechanical workshop of Sang de serp is located in the Hall at 224 chemin de sang de serp. This iconic hall was built at the end of the 1940s. The purpose of this operation is to restructure the mechanical workshops and restore the integrity of the hall by demolishing the numerous buildings attached to its facades. This restructuring operation aims to increase and evolve the activity on the site. Within the existing envelope of the hall, the workshop must be redesigned to: - increase the vehicle reception capacity - Restructure the workshop/storage spaces and bridges. - Bring the staff facilities, including offices, up to standard (changing rooms, rest room, etc.). The area to be restructured is approximately 2 400 m².
